Since so many Twin Cities schools were closed today due to intense cold, it’s a good moment to again share with you all a procedural rule-of-thumb about weather related school closing at PA:
“In general, cold temperatures alone will not suffice for PA to close.”
We have found that school can be held effectively indoors during an outdoors deep-freeze!
