Just a final reminder for families wishing to apply for Transportation Reimbursement for the 2024-25 School year to apply by Thursday, September 26th. To apply, simply access our 2024-25 Transportation Reimbursement Form and fill it out according to your preferences. This will qualify for required the #1000 district transportation reimbursement form. Transportation reimbursement depends on the completion of this form. Families that do not fill out the form are not eligible for transportation reimbursement. If you qualify and are not interested in receiving reimbursement, please consider completing the form and designate the funds to be donated to Providence Academy. A reminder that Wayzata district residents DO NOT qualify for Transportation Reimbursement.
