Transportation
It is our desire to make getting to and from Providence Academy as convenient and flexible as possible. We offer busing for Kindergarten through 12th grade students. Busing is also available to Pre-Kindergarten students when accompanied by an older sibling. Please see our Transportation Services and Rates Information to learn more about options and pricing.

Busing Options
Below is a list of options based on district of residence. Wayzata school district residents (ISD #284) have the option of riding the Wayzata public school bus at no additional charge. Other options include: Providence Academy busing, Plymouth Click & Ride, Carpooling, and Parent-provided transportation. The districts have been subdivided into three categories: I. Wayzata District, II. Neighboring Districts, and III. Outlying Districts. Providence Academy busing is generally available within the area outlined on this map.
Options for Residents of Wayzata District
- Providence Academy provided busing (contract with school)
- District provided transportation (no cost to student)
- Plymouth Click & Ride (Plymouth residents ONLY)
- Carpooling / Parent or student-provided transportation
Options for Residents of Neighboring Districts
(Minnetonka, Orono, Osseo, Robbinsdale, Eden Prairie, Edina)
- Providence Academy provided busing (contract with school)
- Plymouth Click & Ride (Plymouth residents in Osseo or Robbinsdale Districts ONLY)
- Carpooling / Parent or student-provided transportation
Options for Residents of Other Districts
- Providence Academy designated drop-off/pick-up points in neighboring districts
- Carpooling / Parent or student-provided transportation
